A judge granted Nicole Richie's request for a temporary restraining order against paparazzi Eduardo Arrivabene and and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel, the two X17 paparazzi that caused a car earlier this month.The filing added that Arrivabene and Miguel continue to chase Richie and her children in the pursuit of shots and have left the Richie frightened for her family's safety. Attempts to reach the photographers were unsuccessful.
